Englands Injuries Mount

This weeks illustration for ‘The Rugby Paper’ was this weeks news that there has been much gnashing of teeth from certain Aviva premiership clubs and England have come under fresh criticism over their now infamous two-day training camp in Brighton last week in which Wasps’ flanker Sam Jones broke a leg during a judo session, Bath wing Anthony Watson broke his jaw in a rugby session – and now it appears Exeter’s Jack Nowell injured a thigh.

Are the England sessions badly timed and is there far too much intensity, does the Pennyhill Park training pitch need a lining of cotton wool?  Who knows, but what I can tell you is that painting a likeness of Wasps Sam Jones was a right pain in the derrière because of a lack of decent reference material.  As it turns out representing cotton wool was a bit of a challenge as well!
